Laukaz Analytics & Investment GmbH (LAI) provides catalyst services and investment management with a focus on the TIMES (Telecommunication, Internet, (Multi)Media, E-commerce, Software) sector.

We develop and shape companies operating in management intensive change phases such as incubation, early stage venture, growth, turn-around and sale.

We provide and arrange for both - intellectual capital and funding as well as strategy advice and hands-on support.

LAI Catalyst

LAI Catalyst provides catalyst services. Our platform is open to all companies seeking counsel.  Alongside our own areas of expertise it accommodates market mavens and establishments comprising a team and center of excellence to offer advice and support to entrepreneurs and companies in areas of strategic and operational importance.

LAI Capital

LAI Capital provides smart capital. We invest in companies mainly within the TIMES and Professional Services sectors and usually during periods such as incubation, start-up and turn-around. We also grow new business ideas, floating companies jointly with entrepreneurs on the basis of a co-investment scheme.

LAI Catalyst and LAI Capital work independently of each other. LAI’s catalyst service platform is fully open to companies seeking support. Catalyst services may be provided without LAI taking any stake. Companies that qualify for catalyst support need not to comply with the investment criteria of LAI.
